Surgery success ....

I am now home from the hospital (2 days since surgery) and doing well.  It smarts a bit, but I have some pain killers to take if it becomes unbearable.  If only I could stop tensing up my shoulder muscles.  That would help a great deal.  I have to wear this monster neck brace for 8 weeks.  Geez, it's so ugly.  But it does the job in keeping me from turning my neck.  I have to turn my entire body to look left or right.  Can you believe the news lately about the entertainers we have lost?  Ed McMahon, Farrah Fawcett and Michael Jackson.  Unbelievable.  Ed lived a good life for many a year, but the other two were awfully young in my book.  The most brave person in the group was Farrah.  She fought a good fight with cancer.  I hope her memoirs will help others to seek any and all types of treatment for cancer.  Well, I am getting tired again so I'll catch ya'll later.  I have other news to tell, but I just can't sit here at the keyboard for very long.  Later!
